Navan Chetty has travelled all over the world, from Johanesburg to Wudang China, learning to become a teacher from the masters.

I’ve searched for years for a knowledgeable, capable, true to form Qi Gong teacher & am thrilled to say I’ve finally found one in Navan. Excellent form. Beautiful to see.
Attending my first Taiji class was both exciting and daunting. Following the instructor's cues, I realized that Taiji requires patience and discipline. I was initially awkward and unsure, since the movements are deliberate and precise, however I came to understand that Taiji is not about haste. This first experience has certainly left me with a new found interest that I intend to pursue.
Navan is as gracious as he is graceful.
I started Taiji classes with him around 15 years ago. At the time, I was greatly overweight and self conscious. His gentle approach, by planting seeds rather than pushing you too hard, makes all the difference - at least for me, with my Type A personality.
I have had chronic back pain for over 20 years, and almost gave up on relief until I started Qigong. The improvement is consistent and considerable. The movements are very precise and slow and almost forces one to slow down. Best thing I have ever done. Feel so energized.
